Combination of virtual and face to face meetings with internal and external contacts to keep projects and targets on track.
The day is closed off with research and development tasks. With the priorities for the next day set before the end of the day.
I believe humans can endure an amazing level of stress only when there is a balancing element to de-stress. Mine is a workout regime that guarantees a deep sleep and sets me up for the following day.
