SiteMinder — a hotel booking platform with 180 users — had an unstable Salesforce implementation that wasn't doing what the business needed. User growth wasn't tracked. Sales performance wasn't visible. Financial data wasn't connected. The system wasn't integrated with SiteMinder's custom in-house software. No development team in place to fix it.
Solution
